Warranty Inspection

A warranty inspection or sometimes referred to as an 11th month inspection is a full inspection the same as a standard home inspection with an emphasis on identifying defects or anomalies that should be reported to the home builder for warranty repair purposes.   The inspector will most likely sit down with you to go over any concerns you have about your home prior to inspecting the property.
