Square Footage
Estimates of service cost are based on homes less than 2500sq. ft.
Homes over 2500sq. ft. are an additional .13 cents for each additional sq. ft.
Age Adjustment
$20 for homes over 40
Single Item Inspections.
$ 225 for single item inspections when not included with a home inspection.
Re-inspection of items
$175 for re-inspection of items repaired or replaced from previous inspection. Please note: the inspector will require a list of items to re-inspect provided by cient or realtor.
