Standard Home Inspection

Starting at $345.  
Includes free Sprinkler System 
Inspection.

The standard home inspection is held to the same standard as all our inspections.  Minus some of the add on services that may not be needed or desired.  Every home whether large or small is held to the same standard.  Unlike a new home inspection there are a few additional items the inspector is on the lookout for on a preowned home.  Signs of previous repairs, DIY repairs that may not be done correctly.   Plant or tree growth affecting the home.  Indications of Age & Wear at appliances and roofing systems, and general wear and tear.  No home is perfect by we aim to inspect your home and relay useful information to you regarding its condition, and its relevance to the homes overall health.  

Our Standard Inspections include the standard home inspection and also include 

-sprinkler system inspection

-thermal imaging

-wood destroying insect report can be added for an additional $35 when included with any inspection.
